Massage Treatments

Swedish Massage
This massage is given to relax, reduce stress, and increase circulation and range of motion.
Deep Tissue Massage
A massage with a firmer pressure that works deeply into the muscles and connective tissues to release chronic aches and pains.

 

Neuromuscular Therapy
Used to stop spasms and pain by applying pressure to specific points in the muscles that are painfully irritated (trigger points).

 

Sports Massage
To help prevent athletic injury, keep the body flexible, and assist in the recovery  process.

 

Reflexology

Thumb pressure on specific reflex points of the feet and hands stimulate corresponding areas in other parts of the body.  Increases circulation and relaxation.

 

Lymphatic Massage

Accelerates the flow to lymph, helping to rid the body of toxins and metabolic waste. Alleviates swelling or edema.

 

Bamboo & Hot Stone Massage

 Hollow bamboo canes or hot stones replace the therapists hands, and are used to give a deep, firm massage while the heat soothes and relaxes the muscles.
